Guests

20 children maximum for children up to 6 years old. (If exceeded, $10 will be charged for each additional child and the party will end two minutes early for each child over in order to assist in the departure and clean-up. Under no circumstances will more than 24 children be permitted.)
Maximum amount of children for 7-year old party is 15
Play equipment is for the use of children 6 years old and younger (7 years old and younger for a 7 year old party.)

Pricing/Deposits

$120 per hour weekdays, $145 per hour weekends.
The balance due is payable in cash or by personal check upon arrival.
A $75 deposit is due within a week of booking a party. Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule a party for a different date or time, we do require the request in writing with a new deposit for the new party reservation. Providing we are able to rebook the date and time of the cancelled party, we will apply the original deposit to your new party balance.
In the event of last minute cancellations due to severe weather or illness, we must have at least a 2 hour notice. Your deposit will be transferred when the party is rescheduled within 30 days.

Arrival and Departure

Doors will open no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party to allow us time to clean and prepare for your party.
There is a 10-minute grace period to gather presents and belongings. (Garbage bags are useful for packing presents)

Rules

We appreciate your assistance in implementing the following rules:

Children (and adults) must be in socks while on the mats and play equipment.
Adults are allowed inside the modular unit only to retrieve a hurt or crying child.
All soft play blocks must remain on the mats and all balls must stay in the ball pit.
Children should not fight, throw blocks, or engage in any activity that may cause injury to themselves or others.
Food and drinks must remain in the eating area.
Children's hands must be wiped after eating.

Food and Supplies

The party price does not include food, paper goods, cutlery, or goodie bags. (Paper goods, cutlery, and/or goodie bags can be provided at an additional cost- please give us at least 5 days notice for goodie bags.)
Local pizzerias deliver for your convenience. We would be happy to provide more information upon request.
Food should only be served during designated eating time (s). We would appreciate if snacks are not left out on the children's tables during the party.
Please bring baby wipes to wipe children's hands after eating.
